
Linda K. Manning, 70, passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s on June 27, 2016 in Greenwood, Indiana. Born July 28, 1945 in Norfolk, VA, she is the daughter of the late Walter L. Manning Sr. and Mary Furlough Sawyer.
Linda is preceded in death by her life-partner Carolyn L. Green. She is survived by daughter Tracie Ingle (Lonnie) of Greenwood, IN; son Kenneth Viohl Jr. (Gina) of Chesapeake, VA and grandchildren Lindsey, Rachel, Hunter and Dominick. Linda is also survived by sister Patricia Ann Gerling (Robert) of Virginia Beach, VA and brother Walter L. Manning (Betty) of Richmond, VA.
Linda graduated from Maury High School in 1963. She retired as Director of Accounting in 2010 after 45 years of devoted service from S & K Sales Co.
She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will be remembered always. In lieu of flowers, please make a tribute donation to Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org/donate.asp

I am sorry to hear of your Moms passing. My mother passed of Alzheimers as well at the young age of 72. Its a horrible disease that steals the personality of our loved ones. But she is happily in heaven now with Carol and she will always be holding you and Ken tight in your hearts.
